By accessing or using TakoCam Web and Mobile applications, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable local privacy and recording laws.
1. Lawful Use & Consent
You may only deploy TakoCam cameras in properties you own or where you have explicit legal authorization and consent from monitored individuals.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Web Pro subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), which handles global tax compliance, renewals, and refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
3. Service Availability
While we engineer for high reliability using Cloudflare's global edge network, TakoCam is a personal monitoring tool and is not a replacement for certified emergency life-safety alarm systems.
